Return Policy


lzein return policy is 30 days. lzein shall, if under the jurisdiction of our return policy, refund the customer what he/she have paid for the product as soon as possible, but latest within 30 days of the product being returned. The customer is obliged to pay for the return delivery of the product. lzein will pay to send a replacement product if the customer wishes so.
The customer should prior to returning the product, send us an email stating clearly that he/she regrets the purchase. The return period is counted from the day the customer received the purchased product.
If 30 days have passed by since the purchase, lzein cannot offer the customer a refund or exchange, unfortunately.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that the customer received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Once the return is received and inspected, we will send the customer an email to notify he/she that we have received the returned item. We will also notify the customer of the approval or rejection of his/her refund.
If the refund is approved, then the customer’s refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to his/her credit card or original method of payment as soon as possible, but not later than 30 days.
If the customer hasn’t received a refund yet, he/she should contact the bank or check the credit card account again then contact the respective financial institution, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

To make the handling process much easier and faster, the customer should always write down the order number in the email sent to us and also to write it down on a note inside the package.
Customers will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs of the product
Depending on where the customer lives, the time frame to receive or send exchanged product may vary.
If a customer is returning products worth $100 or more, we recommend the customer to consider using a shipping service that offers tracking or purchasing shipping insurance.
We offer no guarantees towards the receiving of the returned item.
